Do I need to call ahead to refill prescription medications?

Yes. Please don't wait until you are out of a prescription medication to have it refilled. Give us a call to fill it as soon as you know you are going to need them so we can have it available for you to pick up. Please allow at least 24 hours for most refills and a week for special orders. Heartworm medications and flea and tick preventatives are always available, however your pet must be current on a heartworm test in order to get heartworm medication.
